Law-Home & Partners is a hybrid-virtual law firm, that provides legal services through virtual and in-person channels. We are dedicated to making legal services accessible and convenient, whether delivered virtually or in-person. We also aim to establish the first fully automated virtual law firm in Nigeria by 2030, leveraging advanced technology to navigate the complexities of our fast-paced, AI-driven world. We know that facing legal challenges can be overwhelming and stressful. Our firm is therefore founded on the principle that effective legal representation is a human-centered service. Our firm houses experienced and dedicated lawyers and paralegals.

Managing partner

Favour Christopher Asiazobor was admitted to the Nigerian bar in 2013. 

Academic and professional background:

He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Ambrose Alli University and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Benin.

He also recently completed a specialisation in Public International Law/ Human Right Law, in a Master of Laws programme at Bournemouth University, United Kingdom, where he graduated with a First Class (Distinction)

Practice Area:

Human rights law, Constitutional law, drafting and Civil litigation.

Mr. Asiazobor's language proficiency allows him to serve a diverse client base effectively. In addition to being fluent in English, Esan and Bini languages, his working knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese, along with his understanding of 'Pidgin English', helps bridge communication gaps and ensures that clients from various backgrounds can feel comfortable and understood.

SENIOR PARTNER

Kelvin Samuel Ayo was admitted to the Nigerian bar in 2016, having completed his law school at the Nigerian law school. 

Academic and professional background:

He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Ambrose Alli University.

Practice Area:

Criminal Litigation, ADR, Property and Commercial Law, Immigration Law, Taxation and Finance.

Mr. Ayo's language proficiency enables him to effectively serve a diverse clientele. In addition to being fluent in English, he communicates in Hausa, Igbo languages and understands 'Pidgin English'. This helps bridge communication gaps and ensures that clients from various cultural backgrounds feel comfortable and understood, especially during consultation.

PRINCIPAL PARTNER

Richard Adams, LLM (UK) was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Ambrose Alli University, and a Master of Laws from Hull University, United Kingdom. Richard Adams is currently enrolled for his qualifying exams as a Solicitor of England and Wales.

Having lived in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, Mr. Adams is exposed to both the United Kingdom and Nigerian laws.

Practice Area:

Immigration law, intellectual property protection, infrastructure & project finance, regulatory compliance & consulting.

Mr. Adams is committed to ensuring clear and comfortable communication with all clients. Fluent in English, he also communicates effectively in Yoruba and understands 'Pidgin English', which helps bridge potential communication gaps and fosters a welcoming environment for clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Fona Courage Eriagbon, Esq. was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Ambrose Alli University, and a Master of Laws from Nottingham University, United Kingdom. Having lived in Nigeria, the United Kingdom and Canada, F. C. Eriagbon is exposed to Nigerian, the United Kingdom and Canadian laws.

Practice Area:

Property and Commercial Transactions, Corporate Governance and Secretarial Consulting.

In her commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive client environment, Fona Courage Eriagbon is proficient in multiple languages. Beyond her fluency in English, she communicates in Esan and understands 'Pidgin English', which allows her to effectively serve a diverse range of clients and ensure their legal needs are clearly understood.



STRATEGIC PARTNER

Nordic-Young Solicitors is one of our core strategic partner, forming a strong bond with our firm in the delivery of legal services in South-South, Nigeria. The firm, headed by Larry, Cornelius Malemi, LLM (UK), is located at 174, Jakpa Road,  Effurun, Delta State, Nigeria. Mr. Malemi communicates in English language and Ijaw language. He also understand 'Pidgin English'.
